Shipping policy
Shipping Policy
1. Order Processing
All orders are processed once payment has been received and cleared. Standard processing time is three (3) to five (5) business days, unless otherwise specified. Processing times may be extended during holidays, sales events, or due to unforeseen circumstances.
2. Shipping Methods and Delivery
Orders are shipped using the carrier and service level selected at checkout. Delivery times provided at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Orders typically arrive within 10–14 business days in the USA and Canada. International delivery times may vary. Please note that shipping times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed delivery dates. The seller is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or for meeting specific delivery deadlines, particularly when free or untracked shipping is selected. Shipping upgrade options are available at checkout.
3. Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and are based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the order. Any applicable taxes, duties, or customs fees are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
4. Tracking Information
Once an order has shipped, the buyer will receive a shipping confirmation email containing the tracking number, if available. It is the buyer’s responsibility to monitor the shipment and contact the carrier directly for delivery updates.
5. Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses
The buyer is responsible for providing accurate shipping information at the time of purchase. The seller is not responsible for delays, losses, or additional charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses. If an order is returned due to an undeliverable address, the buyer will be responsible for any reshipment fees.
6. Risk of Loss
All products purchased are made pursuant to a shipment contract. Risk of loss and title for items pass to the buyer upon delivery of the goods to the carrier.
7. Damaged or Lost Shipments
If a shipment is lost or arrives damaged, the buyer must notify the seller within seven (7) business days of the recorded delivery date and provide supporting documentation (e.g., photos, carrier claim reference). The seller will work in good faith to assist in filing a claim with the carrier, but ultimate responsibility for reimbursement lies with the shipping carrier.
