Store Policy
1. All Sales Final
All sales of physical merchandise, including but not limited to clothing, drinkware, and accessories, are final. No exchanges or returns will be accepted, except in the limited circumstance where a product is received in a damaged condition. No refunds available for subscription services.
2. Damaged Goods
If a buyer receives a damaged product, the buyer must notify the seller in writing and provide photographic evidence of the damage. Upon receipt of such notification, the seller will investigate the claim in good faith. The buyer shall allow seven (7) to ten (10) business days for the seller to complete this process.
Following the investigation, the seller may, at its sole discretion, issue store credit or provide a replacement product. The seller will coordinate directly with the production company to report the damage and communicate any further instructions to the buyer.
3. Paper Products
In the case of paper goods, including but not limited to stickers, calendars, prints, and coloring books, if the items are received in damaged condition, the buyer is eligible for a one-time reprint at no additional cost.
4. Limitations of Liability
The seller shall not be held responsible for damages arising from misuse, mishandling, or normal wear and tear of products. Remedies outlined in this policy are the buyer’s sole and exclusive remedies for damaged goods.
